CONFIRMATION AND ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

SuchkaMe (“we,” “us,” “our service”) provides access to the website and digital content (videos, photos, themed collections) through the suchka.me platform (“the Site”), including related services, features, and tools (collectively, the “Services”), on the condition that you, the user, comply with all provisions set out in these Terms of Use (“Terms”), as well as in our Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, and Data Processing Agreement.

1.1. Acceptance of the Terms

By using the Site, registering on it, or purchasing access to digital content, you confirm that you: have read and understood these Terms, fully accept them,agree to comply with them while using the Site and the Services.If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the Site or our Services.

1.2. Updates and Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to periodically update and modify these Terms. Any changes become effective immediately upon being published on the Site. We may notify users of significant updates via: email, on-site notifications, messages in the user dashboard. By continuing to use the Site after modifications have been made, you confirm your acceptance of the updated version of the Terms. You are solely responsible for regularly reviewing the most current version of the Terms.

ACCOUNT, ACCESS AND USER CONDUCT

2. Registration of an Account and Access to the Services

2.1. Creating an Account

To access digital content, subscriptions, additional services, or personalized materials, the user must create an account on suchka.me.

By creating an account, the user guarantees that:

  • they are at least 18 years old;
  • all information they provide is truthful, current, and complete;
  • they are not creating an account on behalf of another person;
  • they use the website strictly within the limits permitted by applicable law.

The Service reserves the right to refuse registration or delete an account in case of violation of these Terms.

2.2. Age Requirements

The website is available strictly for adults (18+).

By registering or using the Service, the user confirms that:

  • they are at least 18 years old;
  • they are legally capable of entering into agreements;
  • they do not permit minors to access or use their account.

Any violation of the age requirement will result in immediate account suspension or termination.

2.3. Password Confidentiality and Security

The user:

  • is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login and password;
  • must not share or transfer their account to third parties;
  • must immediately notify the Service if they suspect unauthorized access.

The Service is not responsible for any losses or damages resulting from unauthorized access caused by the user’s negligence.

2.4. Use of the Account

The user agrees that:

  • their account may be used exclusively for personal, non-commercial purposes (unless a separate agreement with the brand is in place);
  • it is prohibited to create multiple accounts to bypass the rules;
  • it is prohibited to use VPNs or other tools to conceal age, identity, or prohibited activity.

2.5. Violations of the Rules

The Service has the right to:

  • temporarily or permanently block an account;
  • restrict access to certain features;
  • cancel a subscription without refund;
  • forward information to the relevant authorities in case of illegal activity.

The Service may block an account without prior notice.

2.6. Termination or Deletion of an Account by the User

The user may:

  • delete their account through the account settings;
  • stop using the Service at any time.

After deletion:

  • access to all content is terminated;
  • subscriptions are non-refundable;
  • certain data may be retained for a limited period as required by law.

3. Nature of Content and Prohibited Material

3,1. Nature of the Content

The content published on our platform is artistic, erotic, and aesthetic in nature. It features adult models in lingerie, clothing, costumes, themed looks, art poses, or scenes that reflect style, fashion, beauty, and creativity.

All content on the platform is created for artistic, promotional, and marketing purposes, designed to provide aesthetic enjoyment through the combination of style, composition, fashion, and creative presentation.

The primary purposes of the content include:

  • presenting artistic, aesthetic, and themed visual concepts;
  • creating variations of stylized, fashionable, and fetish-inspired looks within the boundaries of permitted erotic aesthetics;
  • showcasing creative concepts, staged scenes, and photographic art;
  • demonstrating products, accessories, lingerie, costumes, and their practical use within advertising and marketing materials;
  • shaping and developing the brand’s signature style, artistic uniqueness, and visual identity.

The content aims to reveal the style, individuality, and creative expression of the models and is not intended to provide sexual gratification.

3.2. The content does NOT include and may NOT include:

  • pornographic materials as defined
  • sexual acts, simulated sexual acts, or any actions of a sexual nature;
  • display of genitals in an aroused state;
  • close-up images of genitals;
  • content involving minors;
  • content that degrades human dignity.

3.3. Age of Models

All models participating in the creation of content:

  • are at least 18 years old;
  • have provided written consent to take part in the photoshoot and/or video recording;
  • have verified their identity by presenting a valid government-issued identification document.

4. Scope of Services

The Services include:

  • access to erotic and aesthetic photo and video materials created in artistic and fashion-oriented styles;
  • exclusive photosets available only on the platform;
  • themed model looks, including fashion concepts, stylized costumes, role-based and artistic scenes;
  • materials in fashion, boudoir, lingerie, and artistic nude styles (within the limits of permitted erotic aesthetics);
  • fetish-aesthetic sets demonstrating specific styles and themes
    (for example: high heels, stockings, latex, leather, role-concept visuals);
  • art projects and staged productions, focused on artistic expression, creativity, and exploration of stylistic concepts;
  • access to model profiles, including galleries, look information, themed collections, and upcoming projects.

4.1 Additional Services: Custom Model Looks and Themed Photoshoots

Our users have the option to order the creation of custom content featuring the models of our platform for a fixed additional fee.

This service includes:

  • Selection of the model’s look
    (style, clothing, lingerie, accessories, items from the SuchkaMe online store, or a user-provided concept).
  • Selection of the theme for the photoshoot or video production
    (artistic storyline, aesthetic style, fetish-inspired visual direction, cosplay, fashion looks, etc.),
    provided that the chosen theme fully complies with the rules and restrictions of our platform (see Section 3).
  • Creation of a personalized series of photos or videos
    according to the scenario and concept agreed with the user.

4.2 Custom Content Service — Individual Content and Product Presentation

SuchkaMe allows users to order custom photo or video content featuring our models for the purpose of showcasing, advertising, or presenting the user’s products (hereinafter — the “Custom Content Service”).

By submitting a request for the creation of custom content, you confirm your agreement with all content requirements and restrictions described in Section 3.

5. Intellectual Property Rights (Copyright)

5.1. Ownership

All content published on the SuchkaMe platform (photos, videos, texts, graphics, design elements, characters, staging, and any other materials) is the property of SuchkaMe.
The content is protected by Ukrainian copyright law and international copyright conventions.

5.2. Permitted Use

The user receives a limited, non-exclusive, personal, non-commercial license to use the content.
The following is permitted:

  • viewing materials on the platform;
  • downloading individual materials for personal use;
  • sharing certain images or short video fragments strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes.

5.3. Prohibited Actions

The user is prohibited from:

  • using the content for commercial purposes, including selling, reselling, monetizing, or using it for advertising or promoting goods or services;
  • modifying, cropping, editing, altering, or distorting any photos or videos;
  • removing watermarks, branding, model signatures, or SuchkaMe trademarks;
  • presenting the content as their own or publishing it on behalf of third parties;
  • using materials in contexts that violate the law or contain obscene, discriminatory, offensive, or degrading elements;
  • uploading content to websites with paid subscriptions or commercial access models;
  • creating derivative works, remixes, or modified versions of the materials.

5.4. Commercial Use

Any commercial use of the platform’s content is allowed only with prior written permission from SuchkaMe and the execution of a corresponding licensing agreement.

5.5. Copyright Violations

In the event of copyright infringement:

  • user account access may be restricted or blocked;
  • materials published in violation of the rules will be removed;
  • SuchkaMe reserves the right to contact law enforcement, file legal claims, and seek compensation for damages.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

6.1. Payment Methods

SuchkaMe accepts the following payment methods:

  • Visa / MasterCard bank cards;
  • Google Pay;
  • Apple Pay;
  • other payment methods indicated on the website.

Payments are processed through certified third-party payment providers.
We do not store or process your full bank card details.

6.2. Purchase of Digital Content

When purchasing access to digital content:

  • the user pays the selected plan or one-time access fee;
  • the full amount is charged at the moment of purchase;
  • after successful payment, the user receives an electronic receipt sent to the email provided during registration.

Access to the digital content is granted immediately after the transaction is confirmed.

6.3. Subscription and Its Scope

The user may purchase a subscription to access digital content in accordance with the pricing listed on the website.

A subscription includes:

  • access to new photosets, video materials, and exclusive content;
  • access to platform features included in the selected plan;
  • viewing curated thematic collections;

participation in special publications and premium updates.

6.4. Auto-Renewal

At this time, automatic subscription renewal is not enabled.

After the paid period expires:

  • access is automatically terminated;
  • the user must manually renew the subscription to continue using the service.

This prevents unwanted charges and ensures transparent billing.

6.6. No Refunds

Digital content is a non-returnable product once access has been provided.
Therefore:

  • refunds for subscriptions or one-time content access are not offered;
  • exceptions are made only in case of a technical error that prevented access from being granted.

In all other cases, refunds are not provided.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. No Warranties

SuchkaMe provides access to the website and content “as is” and “as available.”
We do not make any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to:

  • uninterrupted or error-free operation of the website;
  • absence of technical failures, delays, or data loss;
  • full protection from viruses, cyberattacks, or unauthorized access by third parties.

7.2. Technical Interruptions and Availability

We are not liable for:

  • temporary interruptions in website operation;
  • technical malfunctions, slow loading, delays, or performance issues;
  • failures caused by internet providers, mobile networks, or third-party platforms.

SuchkaMe reserves the right to temporarily limit or suspend the operation of the Service for maintenance, updates, or troubleshooting without prior notice.

7.3. Responsibility for Content

SuchkaMe is not responsible for:

  • the user’s subjective perception of the content published on the website;
  • any actions users take related to viewing, storing, or sharing content;
  • any use of materials in a manner that violates the laws of the user’s country.

The user is solely responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws regarding viewing or storing our content.

7.4. Responsibility for Third-Party Actions

We are not liable for:

  • actions of third-party payment systems (Visa/MasterCard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, crypto payments);
  • errors or failures in third-party email delivery services;
  • malfunctions of third-party APIs, hosting services, CDNs, or providers.

7.5. Third-Party Content

We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or legality of third-party content available via external links on our website.
SuchkaMe is not responsible for the content of external websites.
