Photographer Wanted

Join Our Creative Team

- Where Artistry Meets Excellence

We're seeking exceptional visual storytellers who don't just capture images, they craft cinematic experiences. If you're a photographer or videographer with a passion for artistic aesthetics, technical mastery, and the pursuit of visual perfection, we want to collaborate with you.

Who We're Looking For

Technical Mastery Required

We need artists who understand that great photography is a blend of technical precision and creative vision:

Your Equipment

  • Professional camera system (full-frame preferred, capable of RAW capture)
  • Deep understanding of your gear's capabilities and limitations
  • Proficiency with manual controls in all shooting conditions

Our Production Support

We provide professional-grade equipment to elevate your craft:

  • Professional lighting systems (continuous and strobe)
  • Stabilization gear (gimbals, sliders, tripods)
  • Focus control systems (follow focus for precision)
  • Atmosphere creation tools (fog machines, diffusion)
  • Additional specialized equipment as needed

Cinematic Vision Essential

We're not looking for button-pushers, we need visual directors who understand the language of cinema:

Exposure Mastery

  • Manual exposure control in all scenarios
  • Understanding the relationship between ISO, aperture, and shutter speed
  • Exposure for creative intent, not just "correct" metering
  • Dynamic range management and highlight/shadow control
  • Working with challenging lighting ratios

Compositional Excellence

You should demonstrate mastery of:

Visual Framing

  • Rule of thirds and when to break it intentionally
  • Leading lines and visual flow
  • Negative space for emotional impact
  • Frame within frame techniques
  • Aspect ratio considerations for different platforms

Depth & Dimension

  • Strategic use of depth of field for subject isolation
  • Foreground, midground, background layering
  • Bokeh quality and background management
  • Creating three-dimensional space in two-dimensional frames

Movement & Dynamics

  • Camera movement with purpose (not random gimbal sweeps)
  • Subject movement within the frame
  • Timing and anticipation of decisive moments
  • Blocking and staging for visual storytelling

Lighting Artistry

Your portfolio should demonstrate sophisticated understanding of:

Lighting Quality

  • Hard vs. soft light and when to use each
  • Light modification techniques (diffusion, reflection, flagging)
  • Creating dimension through shadow as much as highlight
  • Skin tone rendering and texture management

Lighting Direction

  • Rembrandt, loop, butterfly, and split lighting patterns
  • Edge lighting and rim light for separation
  • Practical light integration (using environment lights as sources)
  • Creating mood through lighting temperature and color

Cinematic Techniques

  • Three-point lighting as foundation, not formula
  • Negative fill for drama and contrast
  • Motivated lighting (light that feels natural to the scene)
  • High-key and low-key aesthetics
  • Chiaroscuro techniques for artistic impact

Color Theory

  • Color temperature consistency and creative discord
  • Complementary and analogous color harmonies
  • Color grading in-camera through gels and environment
  • Understanding how colors interact with skin tones

Post-Production Capabilities

We require photographers and videographers who deliver finished, polished work:

What We Expect

  • Complete editing workflow from RAW to deliverable
  • Color grading and correction with cinematic intent
  • Retouching with natural, editorial standards (not over-processed)
  • Understanding of export settings for various platforms
  • Consistent look and feel across a series

What We DON'T Want

  • Unedited RAW files dumped for someone else to process
  • Automatic presets without artistic refinement
  • Inconsistent color science across a shoot
  • Over-sharpened, over-saturated "Instagram" aesthetics

Aesthetic Alignment

Your work should demonstrate understanding of our content style:

Our Visual Language

  • Sophisticated eroticism: Sensual without being explicit
  • Fashion-forward: Understanding of styling, wardrobe, and trends
  • Artistic storytelling: Every frame should have intention
  • Cinematic mood: Film-inspired color, composition, and atmosphere
  • Editorial quality: Magazine-worthy production values

Reference Points

If your influences include cinematographers like:

  • Roger Deakins (lighting and composition mastery)
  • Emmanuel Lubezki (natural light artistry)
  • Hoyte van Hoytema (texture and atmosphere)
  • Rachel Morrison (intimate, character-driven visuals)

Or photographers like:

  • Annie Leibovitz (editorial portrait excellence)
  • Peter Lindbergh (elegant, timeless fashion)
  • Helmut Newton (sophisticated provocation)
  • Paolo Roversi (dreamlike, ethereal aesthetics)

...then you likely align with our vision.
